Daily Kos has a good (and unfortunately very amusing) article on Censuring the President 101

We're living in a PowerPoint world. We've become a bullet-point-dependent society. If it can't be summed up succinctly in a handful of slides, then it must not be worth saying. If you're a Member of Congress with a dozen issue briefings to get through every day, then you're more reliant upon the bullet point than anyone.

In that light, let's try a new approach in information presentation to our representatives...

After which follows the power point presentation. I don't keep track of a lot of US constitutional law and found it useful as a Canadian. I did know that shortly after Nixon it became illegal to wiretap domestic phones (as Bush has been doing)but not the exact details. So if you want an update on how the US law works, or a good laugh, go take a look.
